RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Whilst we hope you will be happy with your order, we understand that sometimes you are not completely satisfied. To return your item please email info@ameliaillustration, stating the reason you wish to return your item, and you will be sent a returns address to which you can mail your product. Items must be returned undamaged and in their original packaging.

Please note that any 'made to order' or personalised items which are purchased are not eligible for a return or refund. 

 

Items must be returned within 28 days of receipt and we will offer an exchange or a refund. Please pack items securely and use registered delivery. Please make sure you keep your registered delivery receipt as we cannot accept liability for goods lost or damaged in transit.
