HOW TO ORDER

From http://www.ameliaillustration.co.uk choose a product by clicking on a category on the top of the screen. This opens a number of products in this category. Click on an image that interests you to find product details such as colour, size etc.

Once a product has been chosen, click ‘add to bag’. This button will confirm your order and add it to your ‘shopping bag’.

To view your bag click on ‘shopping bag’ at the top right of screen.

‘Go to Checkout’ when you have finished making selections, either from your ‘shopping bag’ or via a chosen product.

Check your bag. To change quantities amend number and click ‘update’. To delete click ‘remove’ then ‘update’.

Once in ‘checkout’ you will be asked for your delivery and payment details. Once you have viewed your order, and ensured it is correct, press ‘place order’.

You will receive ‘checkout complete’ message and a confirmation email will be sent to you.

By email: If you prefer to order by email, please email info@ameliaillustration.co.uk. Please state the product/s that you would like to order and the quantity. An invoice will then be emailed to you with your order details and payment instructions.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

UK: Standard delivery charge is usually £5.95 (Express Charge is £10). If your order is larger or heavy we will contact you if postage differs to advise the additional delivery charge to get your approval. Standard delivery is a 3 day service.

Overseas: Standard delivery charge is £25.00 for up to 2kg. Additional costs will be occurred on packages larger than 2kg. Please contact us for a shipping quote to your destination.

Standard: We aim to despatch within 48 hours (during weekdays), but please allow up to 7 working days for delivery and up to 3 weeks for deliveries outside the EU.

International Delivery: Please note if you are purchasing an item from outside the EU you may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied once the package reaches your country. Any additional charges for customs clearance if your responsibility; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary from country to country, so please contact your local customs office for further information.
